Do I need a new phone number?
Your customers keep calling the number they already know. We connect the text-back to it, so nothing changes for them or for you.
Will my customers know it's automated?
The first text is sent automatically and written to sound like your business. From there you or your team can reply yourselves, or let the booking link do the work.
Is texting customers legal?
Yes, when it's done properly. The person has just called your business, every message identifies your business, and anyone can reply STOP to opt out at any time. We register your texting with US carriers as part of setup.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
No. Both plans are month-to-month with no setup fee. Cancel any time, and if you joined as a founding client your price stays the same for 12 months.
How long does setup take?
Usually about a day of our time. Carrier registration for texting can take a few extra days, and we handle it for you.
What if it doesn't work for my business?
